Along with the various announcements from Google yesterday, which included Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and the Google Nexus 7 tablet, Google also dropped the price of the SIM free Galaxy Nexus HSPA+.
The handset was originally available for $399, and now Google are selling the Galaxy Nexus HSPA+ handset for $349.99 direct from their Google Play Store.
As a reminder the Galaxy Nexus features a 4.65 inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, there is also a dual core 1.2GHz processor and 1GB of RAM plus 16GB of built in storage.
The handset features two cameras, on the back there is an advanced 5 megapixel camera, up front there is a 1.3 megapixel camera for video chat, it comes with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box, although the Galaxy Nexus will get Android 4.1 Jelly Bean as an OTA update next month.
Enhanced Display and Performance
