It looks like the Samsung Galaxy Nexus is now available again from Google’s Play Store in the US, the device was removed from sale last week after a US court banned the sale of the device.
We heard earlier than the ban had been lifted on a temporary basis, and it looks like Google has now started selling the handset again, although it looks like the device wont actually ship for one of two weeks.
We presume that Google are delaying the shipping of the device, in order to send out the versions with Android 4,1 Jelly Bean, which has modified software to ensure that the handset doesn’t infringe on the Apple patents listed in the ongoing court case.
Apple has until the 12th of June to respond to the recent lifting of the ban of the device in the US, so who knows it could end up being removed from sale again if the judge finds in Apple’s favor.
