There have been some rumors recently that Samsung would be making the batteries for the new Tesla Model 3 and now the company’s CEO, Elon Musk has denied the rumors.
The Tesla CEO announced on Twitter that Panasonic will be the exclusive supplier of the batteries for the Tesla Model 3. you can see the tweet below.
Would like to clarify that Tesla is working exclusively with Panasonic for Model 3 cells. News articles claiming otherwise are incorrect.

The Tesla Model 3 is expected to launch in 2017, the car has become incredibly popular since it was made available to pre-order, more than 400,000 people have placed a deposit on the car.
