Canon have this week made available their new Canon EOS M50 mirrorless camera which is now available to preorder priced at £650 with shipping expected to take place on March 27th, 2018. The new Canon EOS M50 camera is capable of capturing 4K video and is equipped with “intuitive mirrorless with DSLR modern technology” and EF-M 15-45mm lens. The camera offers users a 24.1 Megapixel CMOS and is capable of capturing 4K high-resolution movie footage with 5-axis image stabilisation.
The lightweight mirrorless body and versatile EF-M 15-45mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM lens of the Canon EOS M50 offer photographers powerful DIGIC 8 processing for outstanding low light performance and depth of field control, says Canon. Who have made the new camera available in either white or black finishes and equipped the new EOS M50 with connectivity via both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The Canon M50 is fitted with a large central electronic viewfinder together with a 7.5cm vari-angle touchscreen on the rear enabling photographers to capture their subjects from every perspective, using the Touch and Drag AF to control focus.
The camera also comes with its own companion application which is free to download in the form of the Canon Camera Connect app which is available for iOS and Android platforms enabling remote control and easy photo transfer for sharing and tweaking.
