The unusual Blackberry Passport has been spotted in a number of videos and leaks, even the company revealed some of the details about the device itself.
Recently, the folks at N4BB revealed the complete set of specification the Blackberry Passport will offer when it launches officially.
So, here it goes: Blackberry Passport will come with a 4.5-inch display sporting a resolution of 1440 x 1440 pixels with 448 dpi and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection. Under the hood, there’s a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 ((MSM8974-AA) processor clocked at 2.2GHz with Adreno 330 GPU.
As per the report, the handset will come with 3GB of RAM, 32GB internal storage with support for a microSD card of up to 64GB, WiFi, Bluetooth and a 3,450 mAh battery. Blackberry Passport measures 128 x 90.3 x 9.3mm and weighs only 194.4g which is a little heavier compared to other flagship device.
On the rear, there’s a 13MP camera for photos and videos with optical image stabilization and a 2MP front-facing camera with 720p video recording capabilities.
Rumors suggest the handset will see the light of the day next month. There’s no official word from Blackberry about the launch event, we’ll update you as soon as any other detail comes up.
