Benq has this week announced the launch of a new curved widescreen monitor that offers a huge 35 inch screen, providing a resolution of 2560 x 1080 pixels with a 144 Hz refresh rate.
Unfortunately Benq has not yet released any details on the display’s pricing or availability but has revealed a few details about the features you can expect to enjoy.
Including the maximum brightness that is stated to be 300 cd/m² and the response time (grey-to-grey) of 4ms, while the displays contrast ratio is 2000:1. The display is supplied with a Chrome stand that enables users to tilt the monitor vertically by up to 15 degrees, and includes 1 x DisplayPort 1.2, 1 x mini-DisplayPort, 2 x HDMI 1.4 ports, as well as analog audio input.
The curved widescreen monitor also offers users three different game mode display presets that can be setup to suit different games you enjoy playing for easy access. Benq is expected to launch their new monitor next month during August 2015, and as soon as more information is announced regards pricing and availability we will keep you updated as always.
