Makers, developers and enthusiasts using the ASUS Tinker Board and Tinker Board S mini PC systems may be interested in a new fanless aluminium case which has been unveiled by ASUS this week and has been specifically created for the Tinker range of mini PC systems.
Constructed from a block of aluminium and brush finished the awesome looking mini PC case measures 90 x 67 x 36 mm and includes a single thumbscrew for quick installation. “Metallic cases usually require a screwdriver for installation, but this hassle-free case is easy to assemble, and can be fastened with only a thumb screw – no tools required.” Heat dissipation is a crucial factor to achieve the most powerful performance possible from the Tinker Board and the aluminium case includes a fanless design to contact and dissipate heat without any additional noise.
