Archos have this week unveiled a new addition to their range of Android laptops with the launch of the Archos ArcBook which is priced at just $170.
The new Archos ArcBook laptop is equipped with a 10 inch capacitive touchscreen display, offering users a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels and comes supplied running Google’s Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
Archos has powered their new ArcBook Android laptop using a 1.2 GHz Rockchip RK3168 ARM Cortex-A9 dual-core processor supported by 1GB of RAM. There is also 8GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot for further expansion when required.
Other features of the latest Android laptop to be added to the Archos range include a front facing web cam with built-in microphone, stereo speakers and a 3.5 mm audio jack. The Archos ArcBook Android laptop measures 10.7 x 7.1 x 0.87 inches in size and weighs 2.8lbs and is equipped with wireless connectivity.
