We had previously expected Android 4.4 Kit Kat to launch on the 31st of October with the Google Nexus 5, but now it would appear that it may launch this Friday the 1st of November with the Google Nexus 5 smartphone and the Google Nexus 10 tablet.
The new Google Nexus 10 appeared on the Google Play Store recently with Android 4.4 Kit Kat in tow, the Google Nexus 5 appeared on the same store last week, you can see both devices in the photo’s below.
We saw some more photos of the Google Nexus 5 recently, both in the white and black versions, we also got to find out the specifications on the new Google Nexus 10 tablet.
The Google Nexus 10 is rumored to feature a 10 inch display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, this new nexus tablet will apparently feature a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and will come with 3GB of RAM and an Adreno 330 GPU.
Other specifications on the nexus 10 include a front facing 2 megapixel camera and a rear facing 8 megapixel camera, the device is said to feature a 9,500 mAh battery.
The Google Nexus 5 will feature similar specifications in terms of the processor, which will also be a quad core Snapdragon 800 processor, the handset is said to come with 2GB of RAM an Adreno 330 GPU.
The Nexus 5 will feature a 5 inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the device will also come with a front facing 2 megapixel camera and a rear facing 8 megapixel camera.
Both devices are rumored to launch this Friday the 1st of November, and both will come with Android 4.4 Kit Kat, as soon as we get some more information we will let you guys know.
