We have been hearing rumors for a while that Amazon would launch a new music streaming service, it is now official, and it is called Amazon Prime Music.
Amazon Prime Music is free to people who subscribe to Amazon Prime, and you can listen to over a million songs on the service on the web or your smartphone or tablet.
The new music streaming service from Amazon is advert free, and music streaming is also unlimited. The service will be available on Apple’s iOS platform, Google’s Android platform, Amazon’s Kindle Fire device, and also on your computer.
It would appear that Amazon Prime Music is only available in the U.S. at the moment, as I am a Prime member in the UK, and the service is not available to UK users as yet.
Amazon has yet to make any official ann0uncement about Amazon Prime Music, as soon as we get some more details about their new music streaming service, we will let you guys know.
