Ultrabook Manufacturers Cautiously Limiting Initial Launch To Less Than 50,000 Units
With a number of manufactures looking to launch Ultrabooks over the coming months, the DigiTimes website is reporting that a number of insiders are suggesting manufactures will be taking a cautious approach when initially rolling out their new Ultrabooks. Which have been deigned to compete with the ultra slim form factor of Apples Mac Air.
According to close sources to the manufacturers its thought that manufactures will start initial shipments in quantities of 50,000 units or less to gauge the market.

Anonymous Genius Builds Own Pip-Boy 3000 (Video)
It’s a mighty fine piece of work. Last time a Pip-Boy 3000 was featured here at Geeky Gadgets, it was basically a modded iPod Touch. This is different though. HTC Holiday Poses For The Camera, Again
This isn’t the first time we have seen photos of the new HTC Holiday, back in August we saw some initial photos of the Holiday, and then some more later in the month, but these are probably the clearest photos we have seen so far.
The guys over at the BGR have obtained a new bunch of photos of the HTC Holiday, and we get a good look at the device as well as some more information on its specifications.
The Worlds Largest Angry Birds Game
Angry Birds is one of the most popular mobile games of all time, and it would appear that the game is also very popular in China, as one amusement park has created a giant version of the Angry Birds game that visitors can play.
As you will see from the photos below, giant catapults are used to launch the Angry Birds at the green pigs, it doesn’t look like this game is authorized by the guys from Rovio Mobile.
Pocketbook A10 Android Tablet Arriving In November For $299 (video)
This week at the IFA PocketBook announced the launch of its new Pocketbook A10 Android tablet equipped with a capacitive multitouch TFT LCD 10.1 inch screen sporting a resolution of 1024 x 768.
The Pocketbook A10 is powered by a Texas Instruments 1GHz TI OMAP 3621 single-core processor, supported by 512MB RAM and 4GB of internal memory for your applications and files. Silverback Unveils New Bike Range Equipped With USB Charging Ports
If you have ever needed to recharge your mobile devices while riding and longed for your bike to be equipped with a USB port. Bike maker Silverback has now unveiled a solution with its new line of Starke bikes which now come equipped with a USB port for charging or powering devices as you cycle.
Within the frame of the new range of bikes Silverback has installed a USB port on top of the head-tube which is powered by an internal dynamo fitted in the front wheel hub, providing your devices with juice as you cycle.

BMW Testing Laser Headlights To Replace LEDs
The majority of new cars on the road today come with LED headlights, they are more efficient and brighter than the older headlights, but now BMW are testing out a new type of headlight which they are hoping will replace LED headlights.
BMW are currently working on developing Laser headlights, which could be up to 1,000 times brighter than the existing LED ones and also use less energy.
Wacom Inkling Digital Sketch Pen (video)
This week Wacom has added a new kind of device to their range in the form of the Wacom Inkling Digital Sketch Pen. The new Wacom Inkling pen allows you to sketch on paper or anything else for that matter and then transfer your sketches to your computer.
Digital files can be exported to software applications such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and are transferred using the Inkling Sketch Manager software that comes supplied with the Inkling Pen. Watch the video after the jump to see the new Wacom Inkling in action.

Sony PS3 Limited Edition DualShock 3 Controllers Unveiled
Sony has this week unveiled a new line of limited edition DualShock 3 PS3 controllers that will be arriving in Japan in November and be on sale for a limited time. The top of the two controllers pictured below is finished in what Sony are calling a Urban Camo effect and will be arriving on November 17th for 5,500 Yen.

Apple May Have To Reveal iPad Sales Figures In Australian Galaxy Tab Case
Apple and Samsung have been fighting it out over the iPad and Samsung’s Galaxy Tab tablets, the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 01.1 is already banned in Germany, and Apple has been trying to stop Samsung selling the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia as well.
Yesterday we heard that Samsung had removed their new Galaxy Tab 7.7 tablet from their IFA stand due to the court case between them and Apple, and now a Judge in Australia has said that Apple will have to release sales figures of the iPad 2 for the UK and the US.
