As usual there has been lots of cool and interesting gadgets featured on geeky gadgets over the past week. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to feature them all, so here is a round up of some of the coolest gadgets and some other cool stuff that we missed this week.

Apple definitely has another hit on it’s hands, with the iPhone App store, which has just hit 500 million downloads. The iPhone App store was launched in July of 2008, and reached 100 million downloads by September 2008, since then there have been another 400 million downloads, bringing the grand total to 500 million.
