We have been hearing a number of rumors about the new Xiaomi Mi5 smartphone and now it looks like the handset will be made official next month.
Xiaomi have announced that they are holding a press conference on the 24th of February and they are expected to unveil their new Mi5 handset.
We previously heard that the new Xiaomi Mi5 would come with a 5.2 inch display with a Quad HD resolution and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor.
There are expected to be two versions of the handset, one with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of storage, the other with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.
The device will come with dual cameras, on the front there will be a 13 megapixel camera for selfies, on the back it will feature a 16 megapixel camera for photos and videos, the device will come with Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
We will have some more details on the new Xiaomi Mi5 and also some photos of the handset when it is made official next month.
