Android users that are already using or have thought about using the Xfinity TV Player Android application might be pleased to learn that a new update has been released by its developers that brings with it support for high-definition video.
If you have not come across the Xfinity TV Player application before it has been designed to provide Xfinity subscribers with the ability to watch thousands of OnDemand TV shows and movies anywhere at any time and even provides the ability to download them and watch them off-line.
As well as the new support for HD video on devices equipped with 720p or higher screens, the latest Xfinity TV Player update also makes available more content for download. Together with providing the obligatory stability improvements and performance enhancements as well as improved video monitoring to discover issues quickly and respond rapidly with a fix for the problem.
If you are already using the Xfinity TV Player Android application be aware that installing the update will remove any content that you have previously downloaded onto your device and unfortunately there is no way around this.
