Wyze Labs the creators of the Wyze Cam smart security camera, has this week announced a new major upgrade to their camera in the form of the Wyze Cam v2. Which is now available to preorder int he US priced at just $19.99 with shipping expected to take place later this week during February 2018.
The new Wyze Cam v2 1080p HD smart home camera now includes a number of new features thanks to the major upgrade which has added, motion tagging technology which detects and outlines motion in both live stream and replay modes. A powerful new CMOS sensor that provides even clearer images for both day and night vision, together with a Class-K audio power amplifier and a new audio chip that significantly reduces TDD interference and EMI. All finished with a matte white enclosure rather than the originals glossy to reduce reflection.
Other features of the Wyze Cam v2 camera include night vision, 2.8mm focal length, 110 degree wide angle lens, enhanced 1/2.7″ CMOS sensor offering users a HD resolution of 1920×1080 or 1080p full HD and a handy 8x digital zoom.
