We recently heard that WhatsApp had started to support more file types and now it looks like more features are coming to the messaging app.
WhatsApp is apparently testing out support for Google’s YouTube within the app, at the moment when you click a link to YouTube it takes you out of the WhatsApp app.
With this new feature YouTube links will play directly within the app instead of taking you to another app to play the video.
This new support for YouTube from directly within the WhatsApp application is apparently in development at the moment and there are no details on when it will be added to the app, as soon as we get some more details, we will let you guys know.
