
Alton Towers the theme park located in the UK, has released a teaser video for its new virtual reality ride called Galactica. The new ride will allow passengers to be immersed in a spaceflight that lasts roughly two minutes and takes passengers on a tour of the galaxies and beyond.
Check out the trailer below to learn more about the new virtual reality ride and will be constructed using a 840-meters long, and is fitted with seats that rotate by 90-degrees facing you down for the duration of the ride.

Passengers will wear custom designed virtual reality headsets that are based on modified versions of Samsung’s Gear VR which has been designed with the help of Oculus. Who have just open pre-orders for their own virtual reality headset which will be available to those that pre-ordered early during March 2016. Galactica will be available to enjoy from April 2016 at the Alton Towers theme park in the UK.
