The Samsung Galaxy Beam was first announced back at MWC 2012 in February, it was due to go on sale in the UK this month, and now it looks like the SIM free version will start shipping next week, the device comes with a built in projector.
The Samsung Galaxy Beam features a 4 inch display with a resolution of 800 x 400 pixels, a 5 megapixel rear camera for video and photos and a front facing 1.3 megapixel camera for video chat, plus a built in video projector that can project images and video up to 50 inches.
The Samsung Galaxy Beam comes with Android 2.3 Gingerbread and it also features 8GB of built in storage, the handset will be updated to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich shortly after release.
