
We previously heard a rumor that Apple had chosen TSMC to produce their new A10 processor for the iPhone 7, Samsung had also been rumored to be a supplier of the processor.
According to a recent report, TSMC will be the sole producer of the Apple A10 chip for next years iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus smartphones.
Samsung will apparently not make any of the A10 processors for Apple, instead Apple have apparently decided to have TSMC produce all of the processors for next years iPhones.
The iPhone 7 is rumored to come with 3GB of RAM and the handset is also rumored to be waterproof, Apple are also expected to introduce a new design for their iPhone next year.
We heard a rumor recently that Apple would ditch the 3.5mm audio jack on next years iPhone and instead use their Lightning port for Audio. There have also been rumors of a possible earlier launch for next years handsets.
Apple normally launches their new iPhones in September and it is possible that they may launch the device a little earlier in either July or August.
As soon as we get some more details about the new iPhone 7 and 7 Plus smartphones, including some more information on the specifications, we will let you guys know.
