If you liked the look of TDK Life On Record new line of audio equipment we featured back in December last year. You will be pleased to know that the line has now started shipping and is available to purchase online.
The TDK Life On Record line of premium audio products includes a iPod-docking boomboxes, iPod-docking tabletop audio system, turntables and new headphones.
The three-speaker boombox, the TP-6803, is equipped with 2 x 10-watt plus 1 x 15-watt Class D biamplification, two 6-inch coaxial speakers, and an active subwoofer for the third speaker and measures 15.5 x 5.3 x 23.6 inches and is available for $499.
The two-speaker boombox TP6802, offers the same features as the TDK three speaker in terms of finish and coaxial speakers but doesn’t have the active subwoofer, and incorporates a lower power amps at 2 x 10 watts. Its now available for $399.
The two turntables are belt-drive models, sporting a gloss-black acrylic finish, bar-type equalizer display in the acrylic finish, aluminum frame with vibration-isolating feet, and included cartridge. Both have embedded phono preamp and one with USB output and included PC software to rip vinyl to MP3 and retail for $299 and $399, respectively.
The iPod-docking AC/DC Sound Cube Audio System, is equipped with coaxial speakers firing from opposite sides, with 5.25-inch passive radiators on the two other opposite sides and is available for $299.
