Earlier today we told you that Best Buy would start selling the T-Mobile G2 for $199, with a two year contract with T-Mobile. Now it seems another retailer has decided to offer a better deal.
Radio Shack will be selling the T-Mobile G2 for $149.99 after rebates with a two year mobile service agreement, although they haven’t as yet announced when the deal will be available.
The T-Mobile G2 will come with Android 2.2 Froyo, and will feature an 800MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, and it will make use of T-Mobile’s HSPA+ network which will give you download speeds of up to 14.4 Mbps.
Other specifications on the T-Mobile G2 include a slide out QWERTY keyboard, plus a 3.7 inch capacitive touchscreen, 4GB of built in storage, plus a microSD card slot that comes with an 8GB microSD card.
