Adafruit explains a little more about the project “If you have two HalloWings and would like the eyes to move together, there’s a way to do that. A bit of wiring is needed between the two boards and a few changes to the code…you’ll need some familiarity with the Arduino IDE and compiling and uploading software to the board.”
