We were not expecting to hear anything about the new Sony Xperia Z4 until next year, although it looks like we may have some possible specifications on the handset.
According to a recent report, the Sony Xperia Z4 will come with a 5.5 inch Quad HD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, and the device is said to feature a 64-bit processor from Qualcomm.
The Sony Xperia Z4 is rumored to come with an eight core 74-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor and an Adreno 430 GPU, the device is also rumored to come with a massive 4GB of RAM.
Sony are also rumored to be working on a new 22 megapixel Exmor RS camera sensor which is said to replace their current 20.7 megapixel Exmor RS sensor, and we would expect this to launch in the Sony Xperia Z4.
Other rumored specifications on the new Sony Xperia Z4 include 32GB of built in storage, and we would expect the device to be both dust and waterproof like the current Xperia Z3.
According to the information available, Sony will launch the Xperia Z4 some time in March next year, this would mean that the handset could be unveiled at Mobile World Congress 2015 in February, As soon as we get some more details about the device, we will let you guys know.
