The Sony Xperia XZ3 was made official last week and the handset comes with 4GB of RAM. Now it looks like there will also be a 6GB of RAM version of the device, although this will apparently only be available in Taiwan.
Sony has now listed a 6GB of RAM Sony Xperia XZ3 on their website in Taiwan, the rest of the specifications are the same as the device that was announced last week.
As a reminder the handset will come with a 6 inch display with a QHD+ resolution of 2880 x 1440 pixels and the device features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, it will also come with 64GB of storage and a microSD card slot.
Other specifications will include Android 9.0 Pie, plus high end cameras on the front and back. These will include a front 13 megapixel camera, on the back there is a 19 megapixel Motion Eye camera.
