Ricoh has launched a new wireless camera this week in the form of the Ricoh Theta WiFi Camera which has been put through it paces by Joshua Goldman over at CNET.
The small pocket sized Ricoh Theta camera is capable of capturing 360 degree images and its internal 4GB of memory that can hold up to 1,200 photographs.
The battery of the Ricoh Theta has been designed to provide enough juice for capturing 200 photos on a single charge and the shutter release can be wirelessly fired via a connection to your smartphone and support iPhone 4S or 5 or 4th or 5th gen iPod touch currently with Android devices being added to list before the end of the year, say Ricoh.
The Ricoh Theta WiFi Camera will be arriving in stores during October and will be priced at $400 which seems a little high to me. For more information on the new Ricoh Theta WiFi Camera jump over to the CNET website for details and a full hands on review.
