High-end video camera design company and manufacturer RED has this week unveiled a new addition to their range of video cameras with the introduction of the mid-range RED Scarlet-W 5K video camera which is now available to purchase price from $9,950, with packages starting from $14,500.
The new RED Scarlet-W 5K video camera fills the gap between the high-end high-end $29,000 6K Epic camera and the recently launched RED Raven that is priced at $5,950.
Features of the RED Scarlet-W camera include a 5120×2700 RED DRAGON S35 Sensor, 5K Full Frame 48fps. 5k 2.40:1 60fps. 4k 2.4:1 150fps capture and Interchangeable Lens Mounts, Interchangeable OLPFs to name a few. RED explains more about the new RED Scarlet-W camera :
