PQI has this week added a new addition to their range of storage and access points, in the form of the newly launched PQI Air Bank 6W31.
The PQI Air Bank has been designed to provide users with handy portable USB storage solution that can be paired with an AP (access point), enabling you to relay a wired Internet connection to Wi-Fi devices.
The PQI Air Bank storage and access point support both 802.11n WLAN and wired Ethernet connections and measures just 77 x 135 x 20.5 mm in size making it smaller to fit in your pocket when required.
The PQI Air Bank is also fitted with a lithium polymer battery that is capable of providing five hours of continuous use on a single charge. The PQI Air Bank is available in both white and black finishes and in storage capacities of either 500 GB or 1 TB.
PQI will be launching their new PQI Air Bank storage device in Japan later this week for around $165 or 5,800¥ for the 500 GB version and $206 or 19,800¥ for the 1 TB version. Unfortunately no information on pricing or worldwide availability has been released as yet by PQI, but as soon as information comes to light we will keep you updated.
