Olympus has unveiled a new addition to their range of digital recorder this week, with the launch of their new LS-100 Linear PCM Recorder, that is equipped with two 90-degree directional stereo condenser microphones.
The design of the new Olypmus LS-100 Linear PCM Recorder provides it with the ability to capture both lower-bass frequencies, and louder sound with less clipping than ever before say Olympus, and its supports up to 140 dBspl of sound pressure.
The Olypmus LS-100 is equipped with two XLR inputs letting you connect guitars or other line-output sources directly using a quarter inch RCA jack. Its also fitted with two channel recording with eight channel playback, enabling you to run both left and right inputs into one track.
The Olypmus LS-100 Linear PCM Recorder is now available to purchase for $400 directly from the Olympus website.
