Samsung are expected to launch two versions of their new Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablet and now one of the devices has turned up in some benchmarks.
The 9.7 inch version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S has appeared in the GFXBench benchmarks and we get to find out some specifications on this new Android tablet.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 9.7 will come with a 9.7 inch display with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels and processing will come in the form of a eight core Samsung Exynos 5 processor with a clocked speed of 1.9 GHz.
Other specifications on this new Galaxy Tab S tablet include Mali T760 graphics ans 3GB of RAM, the device will also come with Android 5.0.2 Lollipop.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S appears to have a 2 megapixel front facing camera which will be capable of full HD video in 1080p and a rear facing 8 megapixel camera, the device will also come with 32GB of built in storage.
We should have more information on both the 9.7 inch and 8 inch versions of the new Galaxy Tab S tablets when they are announced at Mobile World Congress next month.
