Anyone looking for a more original PC case may be interested in some new PC desk chassis designs that have been unveiled by PC component and case manufacturer Lian Li and build on their pervious desks.
The new Lian Li DK-Q2 and DK-03 desk chassis PC cases provide a great way of showcasing your PC build under a protective glass surface that can also double as a desktop.
The DK-Q2 priced at $990 and the DK-03 priced at $1,490Will be available to purchase later this month throughout the US and have been designed to support the latest water cooling hardware as well as processor coolers up to 90 mm in height.
The desk chassis is capable of accepting graphics cards up to 440 mm in length and are supplied with adjustable RGB lighting and space for up to 10 hard disk drives if you opt for the more expensive DK-03. While the DK-Q2 can hold up to seven 3.5″ drives and eight 2.5″ drives.
Lian Li has refreshed ergonomics in the design of the DK-Q2 and DK-03. The body depth of the desk has been reduced to give you more leg room. The 30mm of height expansion allows a larger variety of user legs to fit comfortably under the desk. Taller, stronger adjustable legs and thinner body allow a much more natural height and angle of arms for typing, the extra legroom makes a big difference.
