The development team at Pinterest have this week introduced new tools to their digital scrapbooking service to make it easier for users to arrange previously tanked Pins in a more ordered fashion and personal preference. Together with the ability to archive boards once you have finished with them, reorder sections and sort boards either in Alphabetical order, Most recently saved to, Board creation date (newest or oldest) or a Custom order of your choice by simply drag and dropping them in the arrangement you would like.
The highly requested features now offer a way to rearrange , allowing you to reorganise them in any way you would like. As an example Pinterest explains that you can move recipes you want to cook this week to the top of your recipes board or move that jacket pin next to a few shirts to see how they look together.To archive, a board simply tap the edit button and tap the new selection named “ Archive”.
To reorder sections within Pinterest on iOS or the web, open a board, long press on a section and drag to reorder it. Or simply select the Organise button to collapse all your sections and drag them to new positions. The new features are now available for users to enjoy on the Pinterest mobile apps iOS (version 6.44) and Android (version 6.52).
