We previously heard that the new Apple TV would be announced during the WWDC 2015 keynote next week, although according to a recent report, Apple has now pulled the device from the keynote.
The news that the new Apple TV has been pulled from next weeks event comes in a report from the New York Times.
The new Apple TV was expected to come with apps and games and also Apple’s voice activated assistant, Siri, built in, Apple has apparently pulled the device as it was not ready for release.
We also heard that Apple’s new TV streaming service would not be announced at the event, instead this is expected to be made official later in the year.
Apple will be holding an event in August or September to launch the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus and we could see the updated Apple TV and also the new TV streaming service at this event.
