During CES 2017 this month ADATA has unveiled its new and improved SD700X External SSD which builds on the technology incorporated into the original solid state drive (SSD) the SD700 when it launched during November 2016.
As you can see from the image above the new external hard drive features a compact design that keeps the military grade shockproof and waterproof protection features and will be available in capacities of 256, 512 and 1 TB and has been designed for notebook gamers.
Internally the ADATA SD700X External SSD 3D TLC NAND flash memory, and a SIliconMotion controller that offers connection speeds of up to 5 Gb per second thanks to the USB 3.0 technology which offers a single cable for both power and connectivity. Offering sequential transfer speeds of up to 440 MB/s
