Netflix has announced that their TV and video streaming service will now be available in full high definition at 1080p on the new Apple TV 3 and you will now also be able to sign up to the service directly through your iTunes account.
You will now also be able to pay for a Netflix subscription directly through your iTunes account, and it looks like the iTunes billing feature will be available on the new Apple TV 3 and also the Apple TV 2 which just received a software update.
The new Netflix billing service through the Apple TV is available now on the existing Apple TV 2 and it will also be available at launch on the new Apple TV 3.
