Apple will introduce the new iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C at their press event next Tuesday the 10th of September. The other day we heard that Apple will sell the iPhone 5S along with the iPhone 5C and the existing iPhone 5.
This will give Apple three different price points for its iPhone models, with the iPhone 5C expected to be the cheapest one, the iPhone 5 will be the middle range model, and the iPhone 5S will be the top end model.
Details have emerged from Vodafone Germany, confirming that they are discontinuing the 32GB and 64GB iPhone 5 models, this leaves the 16GB iPhone 5, they will also discontinue the iPhone 4S.
Pricing for the three models is expected to be $449 for the iPhone 5C, $549 for the 16GB iPhone 5, and $649 for the iPhone 5S, these prices have yet to be confirmed by Apple.
All three models of the iPhone will come with Apple iOS 7, which is expected to be released on the 16th of September, and the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C are expected to hit retail stores on the 20th of September.
Apple will probably put the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C up for pre-order next Friday the 13th of September, we should have confirmation of this next week.
