Anyone looking to build systems which require eight PCIe x16 Slots, are sure to be interested in the new non-standard motherboard which has been unveiled by Colorful this week in the form of the C.B250A-BTC PLUS V20.
The oversized motherboard measures 485 mm in length x 195 mm in width and is suited for custom rack type systems and is only fitted with the bare essential features to set up a mining rig equipped with up to 8 graphics cards.
Colourful has included 2-slot spacing between each card with two 4-pin ATX power inputs for the CPU, and sixteen PCIe power inputs, of which eight can be populated at any given time to supply power to the PCIe slots.
Unfortunately, no information on pricing or worldwide availability has been released as yet by Colourful, but as soon as information comes to light, we will keep you updated as always. For full specifications jump over to the official Colorful website.
