Lenovo has this week announced it has launched a new version of its popular Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11S hybrid notebook and tablet which originally launched back in June of this year.
The latest edition of the Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11S device now includes a more powerful fourth-generation Intel Haswell processor in the form of the new Intel Core i5-4210Y Haswell processor.
Apart from the new Haswell processor the latest version is pretty similar to the last and feature the unique 360 degree folding keyboard to transform the device from a notebook into a tablet when required.
Other features of the Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11S device include 4 GB of RAM together with a 128GB solid state disk (SSD) as well as ports for HDMI, USB 3.0, and USB 2.0 and Bluetooth and wireless connectivity.
The latest edition of the Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11S with Haswell processor is now available to purchase for $800 from Best Buy. With the older third generation Intel version available for around $730, the Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11S weighs in at 3lbs and measure around 0.7 inches in thickness.
Strangely enough there is no mention of the new Haswell powered Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11S over on the Lenovo website at the present time.
