It has been revealed this week that iconic camera manufacturer Leica will shortly be moving into the watch making market and has created two new Leica watch models in the form of the L1 and L2. Both of which will be available from $11,250 and have been designed and manufactured by Ernst Leitz Werkstätten.
Both versions have also been designed by Professor Achim Heine. In both the front and rear, the glass is constructed from scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, with the front being anti-reflective on both sides. This ensures that the watches are not only durable but also provide clear visibility under various lighting conditions.
