Yesterday at All Things Digital a new dual 14 inch screen Kno tablet was unveiled which looks absolutely colossal compared to the iPad. The Kno tablet runs a custom version of Linux and is fitted with a low-power NVIDIA Tegra chipset. Check out the video after the jump.
Each 14 inch screen has its own separate lithium battery pack which is capable of powering the device for up to eight hours. The Kno tablet is primarily aimed at students and is expected to be available to the student population by the end of the year.
Unfortunately there is no official word on price as the Kno tablet is still under development but Kno CEO Osman Rashid hinted that the price would be under $1000 when launched.
