Klipsch has unveiled a set of rugged in-ear headphones in the form of the Klipsch Image S4i Rugged. Which have been created by Klipsch to withstand the elements.
The Image S4i Rugged have been constructed using rubber mouldings on the outer surfaces of each ear bud to protect them from moisture penetration.
Together with a extra-large three-button remote and support for Apple’s iPhone allowing you to answer received calls, using the mic located on the back of the volume controller. Chris Aiello, Klipsch product manager for headphones explained in the press release sent out today:
“Whether rock climbing or dirt biking, there’s no question one’s music library enhances the experience,”-“With the Image S4i Rugged, we intend to offer the most extreme outdoor enthusiasts the acclaimed audio they too deserve, while also allowing them elements of personal style and, most important, durability.”
The Image S4i Rugged are available in a yellow, orange, blue or red finish for $99.
