Apple recently released their first beta of iOS 12.2 and now wee have some speed test videos with iOS 12.2 Beta 1 vs iOS 12.1.3.
The iOS 12.2 Beta 1 vs iOS 12.1.3 are run on the iPhone 5S, iPhone 6, iPhone 6S, iPhone 7 and the iPhone 8, first up is the iPhone 5S.
As we can see from the video the new iOS 12.2 beta booted up slightly faster than the current release, there are no major speed improvements in the apps, net up is the iPhone 6.
With the video of the two iPhone 6 handsets, the device running the new ios 12.2 beta booted up quicker than the device with iOS 12.1.3, there is not speed improvements in the apps, next we have the iPhone 6S.
In the video with the iPhone 6S, the handset running the new beta booted up faster, next we have the iPhone 7.
As we can see from the video featuring the two iPhone 7 handsets, the device running the current iOS 12.1.3 software booted up a split second faster than the new beta, there are no speed improvements in the apps, finally we have the iPhone 8.
In the video with the two iPhone 8 handsets, the device with the new beta booted up faster, there are no speed improvements in the apps. We are expecting Apple to release their new iOS 12.2 software some time before the end of February.
