We’ve already heard a rumor that Huawei is working on its next flagship device, the Ascend P8, which was leaked yesterday, as well as some specifications it will offer.
According to a new rumor, Huawei will launch a number of high-end devices next year, as per tip received by the folks at Phone Arena, which revealed information about the Chinese company’s roadmap.
The roadmap reveals some key devices, boasting an amazing set of specifications on board, including the Huawei Ascend D8 and Ascend Mate8, boast featuring QHD displays.
As per the leaked roadmap, Huawei Ascend Mate8 will come with a 6-inch display boasting a resolution of 2560 by 1440 pixels, and is expected to ship with Kirin 930 processor with 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage on board. The alleged handset is expect to cost around $650.
The other powerhouse in the list is the purported Huawei Ascend D8, which also features a similar resolution, but a 5.5-inch display. The alleged handset is powered by a 64-bit Kirin 950 processor, 4 GB of RAM, and 64 GB of internal storage.
Other handsets included in the list is the Ascend P8, which we saw yesterday, rocking a 5-inch 1080p display, Kirin 930 processor, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage.
There’s no official confirmation from the Chinese OEM, so a grain of salt is recommended. We’ll update you as soon as we hear anything more about the devices.
