At Gameson 2018 today HTC has revealed more details about its ViveVR headset wireless adapter which will be available to preorder on September 5th, 2018 priced at $300 supporting both the HTC Vive And Vive Pro virtual reality headsets.
Equipped with a rechargeable battery the wireless virtual reality adapter can be used for up to 2.5 hours on a single charge and weighs 129 g. Watch the promotional video below to learn more about the new HTC Vive wireless adapter which will compete with the likes of the previously launched TPCast.

Minimum specifications for being able to use the HTC Vive headset include a desktop computer with a spare PCIe Slot together with operating systems in the form of the 64-bit Windows 10 or Windows 7 SP1 for the Vive Pro and older Vive.
