Previous rumors about the HTC One M9 have suggested that the handset would feature a 20 megapixel camera from Sony, although according to some new information the device may actually use a Toshiba sensor.
The news comes from @LlabTooFeR who has said that the HTC One M9 will use a 20 megapixel camea sensor from Toshiba, the Toshiba T4KA7, you can see the tweet below.

The HTC One M9 is rumored to come with a 5 inch display with a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, the device is also rumored to come with an octa core Snapdragon 810 64-bit processor and 3GB of RAM.
We also heard previously that the front facing camera on the One M9 would feature a 13 megapixel camera, which is designed for taking selfies.
The One M9 is expected to come with the latest version of Android, which is Android 5.0 Lollipop, and the device is rumored to launch at MWC 2015 in March.
