
HTC is holding a press event for their new HTC 10 on the 12th of April and now it looks like the release date for the handset will be the 15th of April.
According to a recent report, HTC will start selling their new HTC 10 smartphone a few days after the device is announced.
The HTC 10 is expected to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and 4GB of RAM, it will also come with a choice of storage options and a microSD card slot.
The handset will come with a 5.1 inch Super LCD display with a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and it will feature a 3000 mAh battery and will come with high end cameras on the front and back.
Both the front and rear cameras are said to come with 12 megapixels, it is not clear as yet on whether both cameras with have the exact same sensor and features. The handset will also come with the latest version of Android, Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
It will be interesting to see what the device is like and whether it will end up being popular, we will have more details on HTC’s new flagship Android smartphone when it is made official next month.
