HP has announced the imminent launch of a new range of ProBook 400 G5 business laptops which come equipped with Intel Kaby Lake processors and offer a variety of different specifications for users to choose from.
The HP ProBook 400 G5 are the first series of notebooks created by HP that feature the option to install a CAT-9 modem for faster WWAN connections. HP will be making available 13.3 inch, 15.6 inch, and 17.3 inch laptops offering the ability to install up to a Core i7 Kaby Lake Refresh processor and up to 32GB of DDR4-2400 RAM if desired.
Other features of the range include the ability to install up to a 128 GB solid state drive (SSD) or 1 TB hard drive with the screens offering users resolutions from 1366 x 768 up to 1920 x 1080 pixels. together with connectivity via 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, 1 x USB 3.1 Type-C port, 1 x HDMI 1.4b port, 2 x USB 3.0 ports and included SD card reader.
An optional dock is also available offering USB Type-C with 5 USB Type-A ports, a Gigabit Ethernet jack, and support for dual monitors. Unfortunately, no information on pricing or worldwide availability has been released as yet by HP, but as soon as information comes to light, we will keep you updated as always.
