Last week Apple released their iOS 11.3 beta 1 software. The software brings a wide range of new features to the iPhone and iPad. The new beta is now available for both developers and public beta testers.
Some of the new features in Apple’s iOS 11.3 will include the ability to turn off Apple’s battery management feature. Apple has automatically disabled this new feature in the beta and the switch to turn it on an off will be added before the final release. Have a look at the video below.
The software also adds four new Animoji, these include a dragon, bear, lion and a skull bringing the total to 16. Apple also introduced their new Business Chat feature for messages in the latest beta. This will let you chat with supported companies on your iPhone.
Apple is also releasing ARKit 1.5 with the release of the new software, this will bring a range of new AR features to Apple’s iOS devices. There are also some small changes to the app switcher and Apple has also changed the name of iBooks to Books. The update also comes with support for iCloud Messages.
As yet there are no details on when the new iOS 11.3 software will be released. As this is the first beta of iOS 11.3 it will be a few weeks before the final version is released to everyone.
