Google has announced a minor update to Google+, the update is to individual profiles, and it will now show the total times your profile has been viewed.
Previously Google+ would only show how many followers you had, but it now shows followers and the total number of views your profile has had, have a look at the photo below.
When you look at your profile, you can see your total number of views. That means you can tell how many times your content has been seen by other people, including your photos, posts, and profile page.
When you look at someone else’s profile or page, you can also see their total number of views. If you don’t see their view count, it means they’ve chosen not to include one on their profile.
You can choose to either show this new total view count or not, this can be done in the setting menu on Google+, by going to ‘profile’ and then check or uncheck the box to show total views.
