Fujifilm has added a new compact camera to its range with the launch of the FinePix X100. The Fujifilm FinePix X100 features some cool retro styling, plus a 12.3 megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor, an EXR processor and it comes with a 23mm F2 Fujinon lens.
The FinePix X100 features Fujifilm’s new hybrid viewfinder, which works in both optical and electronic modes, and there is also a 2.8 inch LCD display.
Advanced Features and Specifications
Other features on the Fujifilm FinePix X100 include an ISO range of 200 to 6400, which can be expanded to 100-12800, providing flexibility in various lighting conditions. The camera also supports RAW shooting, allowing photographers to capture images with maximum detail and dynamic range. Additionally, the FinePix X100 includes an SD/SDHC/SDXC card slot, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of memory cards.
The camera’s design is not just about aesthetics; it also offers practical benefits. The retro styling includes a solid magnesium alloy body, which provides durability while maintaining a lightweight form factor. The manual dials for shutter speed, aperture, and exposure compensation give photographers tactile control over their settings, reminiscent of classic film cameras.
