Dell has this week added a range of new additions to their range of Dell XPS systems, with the launch of the new Dell XPS 15 Infinity Edge display laptop that is priced starting at $1,000.
The new systems are powered by Intel’s 6th generation Core Skylake processors and are fitted with InfinityEdge 15.6 inch displays sporting bezels that measure just 0.22 inches thick, creating an overall thickness for the laptop of just 0.67 of an inch.
Inside the new Dell XPS 15 laptop Dell have included a Core i3-6100U processor, 8GB of RAM, a 500GB hard drive, a 1920 x 1080 pixel Infinity Edge display in the base model for $1,000.
Together with other features that include 802.11ac WiFi and Bluetooth 4.1 connectivity, 1 x Thunderbolt 3 port, 2 x USB 3.0 ports, a handy SD card reader together with a 56 Whr battery.
If your budget will stretch Dell also offers systems equipped with up to 512GB of solid state disk (SSD) together with 16GB of RAM. As well as an optional touchscreen display protected by Gorilla Glass offering a resolution of 2840 x 2160 pixels and powered by an optional NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M graphics card.
